Welcome to TimeLiners. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TimeLiners platform at timeliners.lk. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Account & Eligibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.
- You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations.
- You may not use TimeLiners for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Plans & Payments
- TimeLiners offers a Free plan and a Pro plan available in monthly and annual billing.
- Pro plan pricing is displayed clearly on our pricing page and is subject to change with prior notice.
- Payments are processed securely via PayHere. We do not store your card information.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Failure to pay results in automatic downgrade to the Free plan.
Free vs Pro Plan
Free Plan
- Up to 3 portfolio projects
- 250MB total storage
- Standard portfolio features
Pro Plan
- Unlimited portfolio projects
- 5GB total storage
- Priority search ranking, verified badge, analytics, social links, and Hire Me button
If a Pro account is downgraded to Free, projects beyond 3 will be hidden from your public portfolio but not deleted. Upgrading to Pro restores full access instantly.
Your Content
- You retain full ownership of all content you upload to TimeLiners.
- By uploading content, you grant TimeLiners a non-exclusive licence to host and display it as part of your portfolio.
- You confirm you have the rights to all content you upload and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property.
- You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates applicable laws.
- TimeLiners reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Platform Use
- TimeLiners is a portfolio platform for video editors and motion designers and may not be used for unrelated commercial purposes.
- You may not attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
- You may not impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.
- Spamming or abusing platform features is prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All TimeLiners branding, design, code, and platform features are the property of TimeLiners and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
TimeLiners provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. TimeLiners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of TimeLiners after changes constitutes acceptance.
