Overview
TimeLiners is a subscription-based platform for video editors and motion designers in Sri Lanka. Because access to Pro plan features begins immediately upon payment and our service is delivered digitally, we follow the refund policy outlined below.
Subscription Plans
- Pro Monthly — LKR 2,490 per month
- Pro Annual — LKR 24,900 per year
Free plan users are not charged and are not eligible for refunds.
Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- A refund request is submitted within 7 days of the initial payment date.
- The subscriber has not significantly used Pro plan features during that period.
- A technical issue caused by TimeLiners prevented platform access and was not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Renewal payments for subscriptions that have already begun — once a billing period starts, that period is non-refundable.
- Situations where the subscriber forgot to cancel before the renewal date.
- Change of mind after the 7-day window.
How to Request a Refund
Email us within 7 days of payment at info.timeliners@gmail.com with the following:
- Your registered email address
- Date of payment
- Reason for the refund request
We respond to refund requests within 1–2 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 4–7 business days.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us. Upon cancellation:
- Your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Your account reverts to the Free plan. Projects beyond the free limit will be hidden but not deleted.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
